My favorite legendary is Kyogre. It might be Rayquaza though, I’m not sure. Basically, the Sapphire legendaries. And I’ve already made Jirachi and Latias. Legendaries are supposed to be the best so picking favorites is a little silly. I like pretty much all of the legendaries a whole bunch. But then again I like pretty much all the pokemon a whole bunch.
